  The units are nice, but there is an active cockroaches infestation in the elevator. At least once a week in the warm months there is a cockroach in the elevator or lobby, near the elevator. It’s been repeatedly reported to management without improvement.

  Muy buenas comodidades, nos sentimos como en casa. Los personales de servicios son espectaculares. Para mi hijo son como sus tíos por el cariño que les dan (José Lazo, Fredy, Daysi ..todos).

  The Miramar is in a great location at the heart of downtown DC. The building is about 100 years old, and it has a lot of character. The units have real hardwood floors, and mine had an adorable built in bookshelf. It is one block from all the restaurants on 14th Street and one block from a Whole Foods. For the price of the apartments, the amenities are very good as well: nice rooftop, decent gym, and back courtyard. The staff is very nice and super helpful, and the maintenance crew takes care of any needed repairs quickly. I lived at the Miramar for 7.5 years. I would have stayed even longer if I hadn't needed to move for personal reasons!
