  I enjoyed working with Victor when it came down to getting my new apartment here at Maple woods is very nice and courteous a pleasure to be around. I enjoyed the tours that he took us on. Please come and apply

  Victor is a very nice, respectful, patient, very empathetic and knowledgeable property manager. You can tell he truly cares about his tenants, the property and has human decency compared to many leasing agents in DC. If you are looking for a property for yourself and your family as you’re rebuilding or need a safer space to live. I look forward to moving here
