  I applied for an apartment at The LOREE Grand and initially had a very positive experience. I received an approval letter, selected a unit, paid the security deposit, and was given a move-in date of May 30, 2026. Based on that approval, I submitted my 30-day notice at my current residence and prepared to move. Then, just one week before my scheduled move-in, I was informed by the property manager that the Regional Manager stated my approval letter was simply "generated." No clear explanation was provided, and communication from both the leasing office and corporate management has been extremely poor ever since. I have repeatedly tried to get answers, including reaching out to the Regional Manager's supervisor, but I still have not received any real explanation regarding why my approved application was reversed or what is happening with my deposit and apartment. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and urgency in handling this situation has been incredibly frustrating and stresstul. At this point, the process feels misleading. It is very concerning to receive an approval, pay money, make major life decisions based on that approval, and then suddenly be left without answers or housing days before move-in. I also cannot ignore my concern that my participation in the Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) program may have influenced how my application was handled. As a Black professional, the lack of communication and treatment throughout this process has left me questioning whether I was treated fairly. I strongly encourage future applicants to get everything in writing, keep records of all communications, and proceed cautiously throughout the leasing process.

  I had a great time at the recent residents event! It was my first time meeting Kirby, the community manager, and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even got to play a game of spades together. She took the time to go over the exciting upcoming plans for our community, which was fantastic to hear. I am truly happy living here!

  The property manager Kirby Jordan is the best property manager ever existed at Loree Grand. She very helpful because I lived here for 5years and is welcoming
