  I’ve been living here for almost a year and my experience has been delightful. I would not change a thing. Melissa Kopecky, the property manager is amazing, Pay attention to detail, And very hospitable. As well as the entire team. The property is maintained well and kept clean. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. And all of the Concierge are extremely helpful and friendly I’d like to highlight Stephen he is usually the overnight Concierge and he is so helpful

  Ralph is a very good property manager. Anyway he can assist in any situation, he’s very professional and hands on, very dependable, and very respectful. If you ever think about a future residence holla@ my guy Ralph he will make sure you are taking care of.

  I recently moved into Link Apartments H Street this month, and so far my experience has been wonderful. From day one, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the building is. The entire community feels welcoming, modern, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff has been incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team. They were amazing during my move-in and took the time to walk me through how all of the appliances in my apartment worked. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made a great first impression. One of the things I’m most excited about is the sense of community here. The team has already planned a rooftop pool party this Saturday with a live DJ and other entertainment for residents, which speaks volumes about the effort they put into creating opportunities for neighbors to connect and enjoy where they live. I’m truly excited to start this next chapter at Link Apartments H Street and be part of such an engaging and immersive community. Highly recommend!

  Best building ever! The building is so clean, I have brand new appliances, the rooftop view is amazing, and I could not be happier! So thankful for this place! :) The staff here are so unbelievably kind and organized. I genuinely look forward to walking in the front door every day. I really could not have asked for a better experience.
