I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! If you are searching for the perfect place to call home in Washington, D.C., look no further. Moving into this luxury apartment has been an absolute dream, and the entire experience is nothing short of phenomenal. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, featuring high-end finishes and spacious layouts that make coming home feel like a five-star retreat. Beyond the beautiful living space, the staff here is truly incredible. The management and maintenance teams go above and beyond every single day, handling everything with lightning speed, absolute professionalism, and always greeting you with a warm smile. The sense of community is just as amazing; my neighbors are wonderful, fun, and so friendly, making it feel like a genuine neighborhood rather than just a building of strangers. To top it all off, the location is absolutely prime. Being right in the heart of D.C. means I am incredibly close to everything and everywhere I could ever need to go. From the absolute best dining and shopping to a quick morning coffee and easy transit options, everything is incredibly walkable and convenient. Living here has elevated my D.C. experience to a whole new level, and I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

I’ve been living here for almost three years and overall have had a great experience. The amenities are well-maintained, and the location is very convenient especially being so close to H Street. I also appreciate that the building hosts community events for residents, which adds a nice sense of community. It’s also very dog-friendly, which is a big plus. My only complaint is that my closet shelves have fallen on three separate occasions, which has been frustrating. Aside from that issue, I’ve been happy with my time here and would recommend it to others looking for a well-located and community oriented place to live.

I was a resident of Link for 2 1/2 years. And it was a cool experience up until my last day. So this is a honest review. Pros- The amenities are great. Gym is not super huge but it’s comfortable. The rooftop is beautiful but of course they got greedy & money hungry and started to charge people to reserve it. I understand that for non residents but when I moved in it wasn’t like that for residents. The apartments are cute but the materials used are not that great. It’s manageable though. No problem with pest which I loved. Cons- The staff….. The staff always set the tone for the building. The leasing agent I was comfortable with was fired after a few months of me moving there and she was the best person they had. The situation with my move out showed me how unprofessional they were. As I was moving out that night the code changed at 11:59 and I just needed to get my suitcase out. I went to the front desk and the concierge was so combative towards me and my friends. He told us that they had to reset the code for me to get in but my door had a key holder for a master key. So that was a lie. The on sight staff refused to come open the door after I explained that I had a flight at 6am and just needed my luggage. I don’t think whoever was on sight was there, which was most likely Melissa. They refused to open the door which resulted in me changing my flight to the next day. My apartment was empty. I waited until 10 am to get my stuff and the leasing agent told me they didn’t come last night because it wasn’t an emergency because I was no longer a resident. Mind you I was downstairs at 12:02. I got over that part because I seen how petty they were but what is bothering me is that a review was made about the situation prior to this review and the leasing office harassed me and 2 of my friends about removing it. Like literally called me 1 week after I moved. The review only mentioned Melissa name but she had her staff reaching out to try and convince us to get the review removed. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL because we are entitled to our opinion. If she was so apologetic she would have called but no she sent her staff, who wasn’t even in the country when the situation happened!! She literally waited until he came back to do her dirty work instead of just reaching out herself. And I found it funny how I was not a priority when I needed to get my suitcase out I was no longer a resident. However, here we are a week later, still not a resident, yet they are calling my phone trying to get me to make it a priority about removing a review. Just weird. So I wouldn’t trust too many of these reviews if they moving like this they have probably convinced other people to take their reviews down. And they charged me for an extra day which I feel like it was a response for me not getting the review taken down but it’s cool. I paid it 😚. I would have gave them more stars but the fact that the leasing office was so desperate to make themselves look good that they went as far as calling my friend who is a non resident by the way and trying to convince her to also remove the review after her experiencing the situation is insane.
