  I recently moved into Link Apartments H Street this month, and so far my experience has been wonderful. From day one, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the building is. The entire community feels welcoming, modern, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff has been incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team. They were amazing during my move-in and took the time to walk me through how all of the appliances in my apartment worked. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made a great first impression. One of the things I’m most excited about is the sense of community here. The team has already planned a rooftop pool party this Saturday with a live DJ and other entertainment for residents, which speaks volumes about the effort they put into creating opportunities for neighbors to connect and enjoy where they live. I’m truly excited to start this next chapter at Link Apartments H Street and be part of such an engaging and immersive community. Highly recommend!

  Best building ever! The building is so clean, I have brand new appliances, the rooftop view is amazing, and I could not be happier! So thankful for this place! :) The staff here are so unbelievably kind and organized. I genuinely look forward to walking in the front door every day. I really could not have asked for a better experience.

  Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!! Six months after moving out, I received a collection letter and immediately contacted the leasing office. Ralph confirmed by email that we did not owe any money. Over the following two months, I called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the collection notice was definitely spam and should be ignored. I relied on the information provided by the management office. As a result, the collection was reported to my credit report and seriously damaged my credit. I emailed Ralph immediately and got the same answer “We don't have any records of you owing us any past due balances”. Only after repeated requests did management finally check with another department, then told us there was nothing they could do and that we had to pay whatever the collection ask and resolve it ourselves. Their negligence, lack of accountability, and poor communication directly resulted in serious damage to my credit. Not only did they provide incorrect information, but they also failed to take responsibility when the issue became apparent. This is far below the standard of management residents should expect.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this apartment community. After moving out, I received a collection notice regarding an alleged balance. Concerned about the notice, I immediately contacted the leasing office to verify whether it was legitimate. I was told by the apartment staff that it was likely a scam and that I should ignore it. Trusting the information provided by management, I did not make any payment because I believed the notice was fraudulent. Unfortunately, the debt was later reported to collections, causing significant damage to my credit score. What is most disappointing is that when I contacted the apartment again later, they admitted that the balance was in fact valid. Instead of acknowledging that they had provided incorrect information, they blamed me for not paying and treated me as though I had intentionally ignored the debt. Had the apartment provided accurate information from the beginning, I would have resolved the issue immediately and avoided the serious impact on my credit. Their misinformation, lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude have caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress. This experience has significantly affected my trust in their management. I strongly recommend that future residents keep written records of all communications and independently verify any billing or collection issues.

  I'm having a great experience living at Link Apartments H Street. My move in process was quick and easy. One of the highlights has been the excellent customer service from Ralph, the Assistant Property Manager. He has been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative throughout my time here, always taking the time to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. The concierge staff has also been outstanding. Everyone has been super friendly and extremely helpful, with Joseph deserving special recognition. I had a large number of packages being delivered almost daily, and the concierge team consistently went above and beyond by helping me lift, move, and manage them. Their willingness to assist made a huge difference during a busy time, and I truly appreciate their support. The building offers fantastic amenities, especially the rooftop space. Unfortunately, it's been raining quite a bit lately, so I haven't been able to enjoy it as much as I'd like. However, with sunny and clear skies in the upcoming forecast, I'm looking forward to spending more time there soon. Another aspect I really appreciate is how responsive and efficient the maintenance team is. I recently submitted a work order, and maintenance arrived within an hour and a half. They quickly resolved the issue and were professional throughout the process. I also value how secure the building is. The controlled access and overall attention to resident safety provide peace of mind and make the community feel comfortable and well-managed. Additionally, I've found the community itself to be very welcoming. Thus far, my neighbors have been friendly, upbeat, and pleasant to interact with, which has contributed to a positive living environment. Overall, Link Apartments H Street has been a wonderful place to live, with excellent staff, great amenities, fast maintenance service, strong security, and a welcoming community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.
