  We just ended our lease at Jayde Parkside, we had the best experience we could have hoped for from start to finish. We were transitioning from out of state and the leasing team Alex and Lucy were exceptionally helpful in the process, from photos and videos of the unit to walking us through the leasing process. They were always available to answer any questions we had and make the move seamless. The property was always clean and well kept, the apartment unit was modern and beautiful. We cant say enough good things about our time at Jayde Parkside and the entire team. We are happy to suggest this property for anyone looking to move to the area. Great experience overall!

  My experience with the Jayde at Parkside is by far the best experience I’ve had in my apartment hunting journey. All thanks to the amazing leasing consultant, Carmalita. She not only was extremely knowledge about the property and the application/ leasing process but was also one of the kindest people I’ve come across. She gave me a thorough tour of the building and all of its amenities. The property was very clean, modern and cozy. The gym had great variety of equipment along with a dedicated yoga/ fitness studio. She also went above and beyond to provide me with videos of units I forgot to ask to see during my tour. Carmalita was very responsive via phone and email and I never felt like a bother. Great experience overall, I would definitely recommend adding this property to your list!

  Lucy was absolutely fantastic throughout our entire leasing process! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions.
