- EDeileen daySep 3, 20265.0I would highly recommend Jayde Parkside to anyone looking for a new place to live. The manager (Alex), and Lucy are wonderful to work with. They both made my move from out of state very easy. I was very stressed about this cross- country move, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in this process. The property itself is very nice, and my new apt. has been very quiet, which I really like. The gym is also nice with lots of equipment and a yoga studio to do more core exercises. Overall, my experience here has been good. I would definitely say the community here is welcoming, and the price for a new apt. in DC is very reasonable. Thank you again Jayde Parskide for all you do to make your residents feel heard and valued!

The apartments were great and brand new when we moved in. Maintenance was a bit slow but not unreasonable. The leasing staff is top tier.
