  This property is the worst in the entire SE. I moved out last year and I don't recommend nobody absolutely nobody to move here. Mice infestation and mold under fresh paint. You'll either get sick from mold or it's always something broken inside your unit. It's not safe inside or outside on this property. My experience was horrible. It's gun violence and fights on the regular. Security don't do anything at all unless the police is on the scene. Security be outside hanging like it's a club instead of work. They do nothing but watch. The rental office manager Michael and the other guy is rude and very disrespectful.They don't follow up on anything you requested. It's hard to get paperwork from them when you request it. They say one thing and do another. They always have an attitude when you speak with them about anything. It's very pointless calling for maintenance to fix anything you'll be waiting for months. The floor was cracking they never fixed it. I had a bad water leak under the sink that flooded my unit after 3 months of waiting for maintenance I had to pay someone else to fix it on my own. Your best bet is calling the news and a government official to get things done. When you ask for corporate number they won't give it to you at all. They give notice for inspections with a specific date but come 2-4 days later. Maintenance enter your home without giving notice or leaving notice they had entered your unit. When I moved out they refused to give me my security deposit back. The building's are disgusting full of trash especially the building closer to the steps going towards the rental office. It's mold inside the units, mice infestation and big roaches. The exterminator never came out after requesting multiple times for several months. They close early sometimes. The laundry room is filthy. The washer machine's are always broken. They are very unprofessional everyone from maintenance to the management team. I don't recommend.

  I give it 2 Stars because the staff is rude, lazy and nobody stays long. Paperwork gets lost or it's incorrect information on it. I've lived on the property for four years. The complex is infested with rats, cats and roaches. The office inconsistency is terrible. They don't fix anything. They painted the apartments added new flooring and that's it. Soon after you move in everything needs to be fixed 3 months later. The washing machine is always broke. It's trash every where outside. People hanging in the buildings and building isn't clean. The staff inside the office talks nasty and disrespectful first time I experienced this was Last summer. Didn't get better after she left and the Men Manager took over. They were worst. Paperwork incorrect or never received. Can't get nothing done all they care about is rent money.
