  Current management is trying to address issues that predated their start date. If you don’t like to follow lease terms (i.e. no smoking in apts, keep animals on leash on premises and pick up after animals, follow noise restrictions during quiet hours, etc.), then this complex is not for you. Shoutout to the concierge staff under Ms. E. whose professionalism and attention to detail sets the right tone for visitors/delivery services—she’s a highlight and asset to the building. The full service apt. gym is a great amenity. It will undergo renovations shortly, so hopefully, updated/new equipment will be installed. The walls are a bit paper thin, but now it’s a quieter building so it’s not as noticeable. I appreciate the current management’s focus on customer experience; you can share your feedback and they will respond. Take a tour and judge for yourself.

  I have lived here for 4 years and the best thing about Fort Totten Square is the maintenance staff. Recently, Tay did a great job completing my service request. It was completed within 24 hours and was clean and efficient. Great job Tay!

  As a resident of Fort Totten Square Apartments for over 6 years, I can honestly say this is the most comfortable and cared for I’ve felt in a very long time. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care shown to residents truly make this community stand out. The leasing management staff is absolutely top tier — always responsive, welcoming, and committed to making sure residents feel valued and heard. Their dedication does not go unnoticed. A very special thank you to the beautiful afternoon concierge, DeeDee, for consistently taking care of the residents with kindness, warmth, and professionalism. Her positive energy and attentiveness help make this building feel like home every single day. Thank you all for making home feel comfortable again. That means more than words can express.   To Fort Totten staff… I’ve been here almost 2 years and I am very pleased with the staff.Especially Ingrid who takes the time to assist the senior citizens who are not tech savvy.I would also like to thank Courtney and Oge as well who are very proficient when I come in to the office for payment and putting in maintenance requests.The concierge team is so kind I would like to thank Ms.Earlene and Ms.DeeDee for always being quick when I come down to receive my packages or plan to have guests.

  I'm writing this review to personally thank Earline (Concierge), Tay (Maintenance Tech), Kristen (Property Manager), and Courtney (Leasing Agent). Earlier this week, I submitted a service ticket after coming to the realization that my washing machine was malfunctioning and needed to be repaired or replaced. This was evidenced by loud popping and rattling noises that were disturbing, not only to me, but to my guests whenever I had company. I'm sure it was simply due to old age as all washing machines grow old eventually. The aforementioned team provided exceptional service in facilitating the replacement of my machine. This was my first time having an appliance replaced in my apartment so their support and leadership was greatly appreciated.
