  There are many electrical, water damages, bad pipes, mice infested, rodent infested, and unmaintained maintenance abilities with this complex, I lived here for 7 years, and they are more focused on the payments of your rent than the maintenance of your units beware.

  I have called multiple times during office hours to have maintenance come fix my AC, I also had called emergency maintenance in regard to this mater and I was told it had to be above 85 for them to come help me. So I took it upon myself to reach out to the property manager today who stated this matter would be resolved today and it’s not 3:30pm & still nothing has been fixed. I expressed how it’s days where it’s hot , I live on the TOP floor and it gets hot and still not type of concern from the rental office. My next step is going above them because this is now ridiculous im sure they go home to their AC working correctly. I don’t feel as though I pay for this type of service.
