- DBDarrian BoydJun 23, 20263.0Overall, I would recommend this apartment community, but my biggest issue has been with some of the staff. Not everyone is like this, but a lot of them tend to stare residents down every time they come and go. The management office is right next to the entrance with large glass windows, and it often feels like you're being watched instead of welcomed. A simple hello or acknowledgment would go a long way and make the atmosphere feel more comfortable. That said, I have to give credit to Maren. The difference is night and day. From the front desk staff to the management team on the second floor, everyone is always warm, friendly, and quick to say hello. I've never felt uncomfortable there, and they create a much more welcoming environment for residents and guests. Customer service and professionalism really matter, and Maren does a great job in that area.
