- KCKashmere Cunningham6 days ago5.0I have lived here for 5 months and have no complaints!!! I love it here! The building is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly! I have NOT seen any bugs/pests! Elevators are always working. I’ve had zero issues with stolen packages and Maintenance fixes issues quickly as well! Overall 10/10 I really cannot complain, this is an amazing place to live with a stunning view. Adrienne & John are amazing staff here as well, Always helpful.

They both always have a can do attitude and work to resolve any problem to resolution! John in the leasing office is man to go to for any questions you have about renting here:)

I think this was my first time needing maintenance support; until now, my interactions with the team had mostly been brief greetings in the elevator. The entire crew has always been friendly. Today, Andy responded promptly and resolved a minor issue. He took the time to clearly explain the problem, the repair, and anything I should watch for going forward. Job well done.
