  Daryl Gayhardt was referred to me a few years ago to sell my home that had been listed with a previous realtor for almost a year. He stepped in, relaunched his executive marketing plan, including redesigning parts of the home and I was finally able to sell my house! Years later he helped me find the perfect one level home for retirement. I’ve referred Daryl to many friends and family members who were looking to buy, sell, or rent—and I’ll continue to do so. I trust him so much that I’d even buy a car from him! He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely committed to his customers. Five stars all the way!

  Daryl Gayhardt has been my trusted real estate agent for more than eight years, helping me through three major moves in three different states. He successfully sold two of my homes for top dollar and later helped me find the right apartment when it was time to downsize. Throughout both sales, Daryl worked incredibly hard on my behalf.   As a person that buys a lot of real estate, I’ve worked with several agents, and Daryl is by far the best. He’s incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make every deal smooth. I recommend him to everyone I know, and I honestly wouldn’t work with another realtor. If you’re looking for someone you can trust in the Maryland, D.C., or Northern Virginia area, Daryl is the one to call!

  Daryl is the one of the most professional and communicative realtors you will ever encounter in your life! Whether your selling your home or buying a house daryl is the definitely the person i really recommend he was super transparent through the process! Overall daryl only ever showed us amazing things and no flaws like we had saw in some other realtors he would definitely be the person i recommend to my friends and family! One of if not the best in the DMV area
