When scheduling I brought them to the attention of my ESA dog, on their site they said only pet cats as an ESA is not a pet obviously they said it was okay. Come today, they ghost me for our virtual tour… I call and leave a message no call back. Be aware, they break federal housing laws! And customer service is nonexistent.

Check the 800 number that changes regularly on their website that goes to offsite office who can’t ever help you. I toured an apt on Wednesday and emailed the same day asking two clarification questions and next steps that same evening. No response. Tried calling number listed online. Goes to third party not on-site who said they’d relay message. No response. Emailed follow up. No response. Called call center, same promise and no response. Resorted to ‘contact us’ form over the weekend - one a day. One response saying I don’t have complete information, please call Monday. Call today (Monday)- not only is the apartment gone but I’m told the email and ‘all systems’ were down for days. It’s my fault I didn’t know what to do next.
