I lived here for a year. The apartment is good and spacious with everything functioning properly and the rent is great too! I had a problem with mice which took some time to get resolved but the staff, maintenance is responsive and nice.

For rent that they charge the quality is undeserved. The building just needs to be under better managed by some that cares. Mad roaches and literally mice tried to jump up on the couch and watch tv with me. I'm joking but they trying to jump up on the couch, almost happened twice. They are not afraid to come in from wherever and just stare at you from the floor. My floor was hideous and that was because the families were trifling. Trash, chip bags, half donuts, pieces of hot dog buns in the hallway. Trash room literally smells like outside because people literally put trash in the room until it almost hits the ceilings. Last, I think the people cause these conditions because they are lazy and disgusting and I am just speaking for my floor. Rent is too high for this bad quality.
