  I was moving into DC for a particular time and wanted a new building with great amenities, coziness of home, and a great staff. Claret fit it to the t. Alejandro and Mia were amazing. Incredibly helpful with the lease, and all the logistics. I looked at over 45 different options over a week and this was the best one of 'em all. The initial security / welcome desk person was kind and sweet. The place was great, was a perfect living experience. Wish I could have stayed there more. I had lived in DC 10 years ago and wish this place existed then too. Highly recommend for anyone! Well located, safe, secure. great value for all it has to offer!! Especially for Georgetown students.

  We all know looking at apartments in DC is exhausting and just painful. Not at The Claret. My tour with Alejandro was one of the best tours that I've ever had. He didn't keep me waiting, detailed throughout the building tour, prompt with answers and just a pleasure to be around. As for the apartments, they're well designed (storage is amazing), quiet and modern. Meeting building tenants throughout the tour, they all reinforced the lovely and intimate community that Alejandro highlighted. Overall, The Claret is a perfect fit for me!!

  Absolutely love living at The Claret! This boutique building in Mount Vernon Triangle offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and community. The amenities are top-tier—the rooftop lounge and terrace have stunning views of the city, with plenty of space to relax, work, or entertain. There’s a full chef’s kitchen, wine bar, firepit, and grills, which make it feel like an extension of your apartment. The fitness center is spotless and well-equipped, and I also really appreciate the dedicated yoga/stretch space. The building is thoughtfully designed—from the stylish interiors to practical touches like the secure package room, underground parking, EV charging stations, and pet spa. It’s clear a lot of attention went into making this more than just another high-rise. Service is exceptional—the concierge and management team are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the front desk is super helpful with deliveries and day-to-day needs. The Claret also has a great community feel. It’s not a massive, crowded complex, which means you get to know your neighbors a bit, but still have privacy. Plus, it’s in a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, cafes, Metro stations, and more. If you’re looking for a boutique living experience in DC with modern amenities and excellent service, I highly recommend The Claret.
