- RDR DAug 12, 20261.0There apparently is no current on site management for this building. I have sent multiple emails for assistance with giving notice, asking for help with a missing package and a noise complaint with the first email send 8/4/26. No manager has replied to me. I got someone in sales on the phone, Aaron, who berated me for asking for help with the above issues that the community manager should have addressed. He let me know it was not his job or role to help me. It is egregious. Luckily I move soon and I suspect that is why the service and responses are soo poor. Tenant on a short lease paying thousands of dollars to be ignored and condescended too. Abhorrent behavour.

Alejandro and Mia were amazing. Incredibly helpful with the lease, and all the logistics. I looked at over 45 different options over a week and this was the best one of 'em all. The initial security / welcome desk person was kind and sweet. The place was great, was a perfect living experience. Wish I could have stayed there more. I had lived in DC 10 years ago and wish this place existed then too. Highly recommend for anyone! Well located, safe, secure. great value for all it has to offer!! Especially for Georgetown students.
- SSSherylJun 13, 20265.0We all know looking at apartments in DC is exhausting and just painful. Not at The Claret. My tour with Alejandro was one of the best tours that I've ever had. He didn't keep me waiting, detailed throughout the building tour, prompt with answers and just a pleasure to be around. As for the apartments, they're well designed (storage is amazing), quiet and modern. Meeting building tenants throughout the tour, they all reinforced the lovely and intimate community that Alejandro highlighted. Overall, The Claret is a perfect fit for me!!
