    The mechanical equipment on the roof (next to the rooftop amenity) has a very loud high-pitch, screeching noise that is audible to everyone in and around the surrounding building. This may indicate that the equipment is malfunctioning or needs repair. The bottom line is that management is not tending to this issue and creates a poor environment for everyone around the building.

    Lived here for almost two years and enjoyed. They are prompt and courteous with maintenance requests, prices were reasonable, my apartment was large with big windows, and they hosted seasonal events for residents that brought people together.
