  Lora Murphy, who works here, is a total delight. She goes above and beyond in making prospective tenants feel at home and helping meet their needs. I love her, she's such a hoot!

  Lora in the office at Brunswick House went above and beyond to help me and my wife find a unit that would work for us! She went out of her way multiple times, and was always so patient with me. This has been by far the most pleasant apartment hunting process that I’ve had.

  Building is on the older side but Lora and Keith do a fantastic job managing it. This place is awesome and the location is unbeatable!

  Well kept apartment with outstanding and helpful staff. Moving in from out of state was very stressful, but Ms. Lara and other staff were very accommodating and helpful in sending extra photos/videos and making move in day stress free. The apartment was in immaculate condition and was true to what was posted. Great neighborhood too. Could not be happier with calling The Brunswick home.

  Have lived here for almost three years and loved it. Location is excellent, with many transportation options, high walkability, and great entertainment options like museums/restaurants/events nearby. The rent for a one bedroom is very reasonable for the area. We have had almost no issues of any kind living here and when we have, the staff (Lora and Keith) have been super helpful. We appreciate all the extra work and thought that they put into building management during the pandemic. Strongly recommend living here!
