  I've lived here for just over 6 months and Arcade Sunshine is a breath of fresh air in an increasingly commercially developing city. I was recommended this building by my boss and I landed a sweet apartment where city sounds are mostly non-existent - talk about a great nights sleep! Its nestled in a quiet, residential area of the city. The neighbors have been generally pleasant, quiet, and respectful. All important for someone that works from home. The leasing staff and front desk team are top-tier!! Tynecia went above and beyond with the entire leasing process and is always a friendly face to stop in an say hello! Love Mamie's energy and she always jumps right into action to help with any issue or question. In fact they've are so friendly and helpful that I love leaving little treats (adult beverages) every so often for what they do for residents. Maintenance is great and always responds promptly to requests. They even helped me saved $ during this past winter by sealing my windows. My only "disappointment" is that my apartment was arguably not move in ready. There were multiple issues that needed to be addressed: kitchen sink backing up, garbage disposal inoperable, cabinet finishing falling off, ice maker in freezer was missing, noisy fan in fridge, and heater was inoperable. That said. maintenance resolved these turn-over issues within a day so I can't really complain. Barring some extraordinary circumstance, I'm planning to renew my lease. :)

  Only the best in the city friendly neighbors, atmosphere is amazing, safe environment, Staff is great very professional and welcoming!!

  Moved in a month ago, and super happy so far about the condition of the building, the apartment, my neighbors, the neighborhood and the staff at Arcade Sunshine. The complex is dog-friendly and my pups love it here.

  Renters beware! Walls are extremely thin, hidden water cost, atrocious bookkeeping practices, extremely inexperienced management staff, no true point of escalation for issues. If you live here, keep records of everything because they will look for every opportunity to try and ruin your financial well-being. If I could give no stars I would, because our experience was that bad!
