  I had a great experience with touring properties with prop mgr ms. Chiquita she is definitely go to person who cares about her tenants.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The property manager is extremely unprofessional and they dont let you contact anyone else except her. There is a roach infestation that does no go away and they refuse to keep up with exterminations. The water is shut off at least three time a month due to,... I dont even know the reason anymore. Currently we have not had hot water for three day, They sent one email three days ago when it first happened saying it would be fixed the next day. Nope still not fixed, and no word from management. Ashley the apartment manager makes a lot of broken promises and gets very defensive when you ask for answers. The laundry mat has several broken washing machines. One has standing water that smells like rotten eggs, which is a health hazard. During the summer of 2024 the did not cut the properties grass all summer which is also a health hazard. So my husband decided to cut the entire complex grass with his personal equipment. She never paid him even though she said she would. Oh and I've only lived here 2 years.

  Where do I begin?? Weak infrastructure so parts of my floors are sunk in, when I walk near my kitchen the stove and stuff shakes. Electrical issues, mice, floors so thin I can hear the neighbors conversation. Also my neighbor blasts music so loud that it shakes my floors several days a week. Weak water pressure in my shower and the water is only really hot in the wee hours of the morning. And no counter space. And lastly, my car got broken into last week sometime. And they just went up on rent :). Moving ASAP
