I loved living at admo heights! the team is extremely friendly and responsive - especially charles from maintenance, I will miss him!! the building is also extremely centrally located and very safe. my apartment itself was also my favorite of all of the places I lived in dc because of all of the cabinet and closet space.
The location is honestly unbeatable. I can walk to pretty much anywhere within minutes. The staff is always prompt to help, professional, and friendly. AdMo Heights is a place where I feel comfortable, supported, and connected to the best parts of D.C. If you’re looking for a modern apartment with great amenities and a great staff, I absolutely recommend it.

I lived in this building for two years. Pros: phenomenal location, looks impressive to visitors, cool rooftop, gym is limited but okay, Charles works hard on maintenance, underground garage for parking (if you can afford it). Cons: this is a cheaply built veneer of luxury with terrible management. The front desk is rarely staffed, appliances are cheap, stuff is constantly broken, and worst of all, management is a rotating carousel with a confused new building manager every couple months. It took months to renew my lease, and they used an AI chatbot that sent me a hallucinated offer. I will not be renewing again.
I showed for a scheduled tour Sunday, June 28th at 3pm and no one was there.
Usually big companies like this will have a real person reach out to you a little bit before you appointment, but this wasn’t the case. The automated confirmation email provided no way to get in contact with a real leasing agent and every contact method directed me to an “AI Assistant” who had no idea what was going on and was obviously unhelpful.
When we got let into the building by a resident (it was pouring rain and we tried dialing the leasing office multiple times) there was a sign saying they stepped away and will be back… After waiting for 40 minutes, trying every number and contact info available (all directed me to AI) we just left.
I get that now is a busy time for leasing agents, but seriously?
