  I showed for a scheduled tour Sunday, June 28th at 3pm and no one was there. Usually big companies like this will have a real person reach out to you a little bit before you appointment, but this wasn’t the case. The automated confirmation email provided no way to get in contact with a real leasing agent and every contact method directed me to an “AI Assistant” who had no idea what was going on and was obviously unhelpful. When we got let into the building by a resident (it was pouring rain and we tried dialing the leasing office multiple times) there was a sign saying they stepped away and will be back… After waiting for 40 minutes, trying every number and contact info available (all directed me to AI) we just left. I get that now is a busy time for leasing agents, but seriously?

  I really didn’t know what peace was like until I moved out of these apartments. I lived here for 2-years, and I can honestly say, I wouldn’t recommend living here. First, you will hear your neighbors open and close the doors , nonstop.(imagine having conference calls, at peak times). If someone lives above you, you will probably hear them often as well, including their plumbing. When you walk outside of the building, you are met majority of the time by people on the streets. There’s an active colony of people who frequent Columbia road, and at peak season, there will probably not be an enjoyable walk without being accosted. The staff is good, the neighbors are kinda hard to get along with and sometimes come off as unfriendly borderline rude, and the community events aren’t too well attended nor or they frequent. Don’t fall for the hype, this place is t worth living at, it’s a reason why they offer deals…you won’t know peace.

  The management needs to be more accountable. From day one, the experience was disappointing. On move-in day, there was no one available to grant access to the building, forcing me to find alternative accommodation until the manager showed up the following day. The issues continued through move-out. Despite reserving the elevators and doors in advance, no one was present to provide those services as promised. Throughout my tenancy, administrative requests were met with fees but not with the promised services. Even a simple request to add a person to the leasing took months of confusing communication and was ultimately never completed, despite fees being charged. Total lack of accountability. Such an expensive building and really unprofessional management.

  Recently moved in and have had an amazing experience so far! The staff are small but mighty and take great care of the building and it’s residents.

  Lillian gave us a great tour and I have already applied the apts are so nice and the area is great!!
