  Ms. Mandissa Hill is truly an asset to the team, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. She went above and beyond throughout my application and move-in process. She helped me in ways I can’t even fully put into words and truly stayed committed from start to finish. Always available to answer my questions, provide guidance, and offer support whenever I needed it. Her professionalism, positive attitude, outstanding communication, and genuine dedication is hard to find. I am thankful for all of her hard work and support.

  Recognition for Mandessa Hill I would like to acknowledge and commend Leasing Consultant Mandissa Hill for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. My daughter, a first-time resident at the community, was scheduled to move in on June 5, 2026. Due to a slight communication misunderstanding regarding her move-in time, there was an unexpected delay in the process. However, Ms. Hill immediately stepped in, addressed the situation with care and urgency, and worked diligently to ensure everything was completed successfully. What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond her normal duties. Despite it being past her scheduled closing time, she remained committed to helping my daughter get settled and made sure the move-in process was completed smoothly. Her dedication, patience, and customer-first attitude did not go unnoticed. We need more professionals like Ms. Hill in this industry, individuals who genuinely care about the people they serve and are willing to go the extra mile to create a positive experience.   By Far The BEST rental staff I’ve encountered while on my apartment hunt!!! Mandy has a sparkling personality when communicating with others, very informative & helpful when I had questions. Showed me everything I needed to see to say I’m ready!!!
