  I've had a wonderful experience living at 2701 Connecticut in Woodley Park. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Woodley Park Metro station, making commuting around DC incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and neighborhood spots nearby, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. What truly sets this building apart is the exceptional staff. Santos and Seve are absolutely amazing and consistently go above and beyond to help residents. Whether it's addressing a maintenance request, answering questions, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly, they are always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Their dedication makes living here an even better experience. If you're looking for a well-located building with outstanding service and a welcoming community, I highly recommend 2701 Connecticut. It's a fantastic place to call home!

  I have lived at 2701 Connecticut for 3 years and it has been great. The building is clean, things get fixed, and the laundry room is reliable. There is a friendly atmosphere between the residents, and the management (Santos and Seve) is exceptionally easy to work with. I highly recommend living here.

  I’ve had a great experience living here over the past three years. The location is incredible, especially for the price. It’s hard to find this kind of value in such a convenient area. The management team is fantastic, and Santos is always helpful, professional, and responsive, which really makes a difference. Maintenance is also excellent. Seve addresses requests incredibly quickly, often within just a few hours, which is rare and very much appreciated. The property is older, but it’s incredibly well-maintained and clearly cared for. The laundry room is also a huge plus. It is clean, convenient, and much better than you might expect. Another thing that stands out is the community: the residents here are genuinely kind, friendly, and pleasant, which makes the property feel even more like home. This apartment offers an amazing combination of location, value, responsive management, fast maintenance, and a welcoming community.

  I lived at 2701 Connecticut for five years and it was the best apartment that I lived in during all my years in DC. First, the location is perfect for someone who needs to use Metro with the elevator to Woodley Park Metro right across the street. The building is always gleamingly clean and dust-free in all common areas and even the trash room would put other buildings' trash rooms to shame. Seve, the on-sight maintenance person, is beyond expectations. He is always there, diligent in his duties and is ready and happy to help you. He's got a great laugh, too. Santos, the manager, is wonderful and always responsive. He is kind, professional and respectful and helped make my time there the absolute best. The only reason I left is bc I retired and moved to Colorado; otherwise, I would have continued my residency. I miss my lovely corner apartment in such a wonderful neighborhood.

  I have lived at 2701 Connecticut with my wife for a couple of years, and we love it.  The building feels clean, comfortable, private, and safe.  There can be some quirks to living in a hundred year old building (like having to control your heat with radiators and your AC with window units, rather than having a central thermostat), but the building staff is very helpful in mitigating any issues that pop up.  I want to especially note the quick and professional responsiveness of the building manager Santos.  I also want to praise the building's recent snow removal, particularly noting the hard work of Seve.  2701 Connecticut is a great place to live and I recommend it highly.
