I've been here for a few years now. What should be a safe home has become an environment filled with suspicious activity, harassment from neighbors, and constant noise. The worst part? Management knows. Complaints have been filed by multiple residents and nothing has changed. We have been ignored and left to feel unsafe in a place we pay good money to call home. I would not recommend this building to anyone until management takes serious, decisive action to protect its tenants. There are people doing hard drugs as in METH in the building or in the back of the building/in front. It is unsafe. Please for you/your childrens sake, do not move here.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.
I do not normally leave negative reviews, but after months of unresolved issues, I feel compelled to share my experience.
Since moving in, I have dealt with ongoing maintenance failures, safety concerns, and a complete lack of communication from management. In December 2025, I reported a mouse in my apartment. I was given sticky traps and told to wait several days for pest control. Despite multiple follow-ups and confirmations, I was later told I was not even on the schedule. Pest control ultimately never came as promised. As of February 14, 2026, I am still finding mice droppings on my kitchen counters.
Management stated that holes in my HVAC system were sealed with steel wool to address the issue, yet there are still mice in my apartment. The pest problem has clearly not been resolved.
My coat closet door, which had been stuck since move-in, was finally forced open and repaired in December. However, the door is now visibly chipped and damaged from being ripped open, leaving wood paint chips on my floor.
Staff and pest control have entered my apartment without proper notice in the past. During the December smoke detector issue and inspections, there was confusion about whether inspections had even occurred, and staff indicated they planned to re-enter units without notice because they were unable to finish inspecting all apartments. Planned entry without clear notice is alarming and a serious concern.
Additionally, my smoke detector began chirping at 5:45 AM one morning despite “inspections” allegedly occurring the day before. I attempted to reach the 24-hour front desk for over 30 minutes before they contacted emergency maintenance. The detector beeped for nearly two hours before being removed, leaving me temporarily without one — all during finals week, on top of the ongoing pest issues.
The building conditions have also deteriorated. There has been dog urine left in the elevator, vomit on elevator buttons that was not promptly cleaned, and the elevator has been broken—forcing residents to walk outside to access the garage. I have also experienced stolen food deliveries directly from outside my door.
Noise and safety are constant concerns. Neighbors regularly yell at each other in the hallways at all hours, especially between 1–4 AM with banging on doors and shouting. One neighbor has asked me for money outside my apartment, and other neighbors have made repeated comments about my appearance that made me extremely uncomfortable. The behavior has reached a point where I actively avoid certain residents for my own sense of safety.
In addition, there is frequently a strong chemical, burning smell coming from the neighboring unit that resembles possible drug use. This odor enters my apartment and raises serious safety concerns.
There also appears to be mold in the bathroom vents, and the water quality is questionable — at times the water has come out with a silver discoloration.
I have documented these issues with photos and emails, yet my concerns have been completely ignored. These ongoing problems have significantly impacted my sleep, coursework, and overall sense of security in my home.

I lived here for a year and a half and had an incredible experience. The apartments are really spacious and clean. The location cannot be beat you are a 5 minute walk away from anything you need. And the staff in the building are so kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the foggy bottom area

Lived here three years and had a great experience. Things that I loved: The phone app for residents made it easy to pay rent, see payment history, submit maintenance requests, and sign and access lease documents. Maintenance and concierge staff are always reliable and super personable. Package deliveries are left with concierge at the front desk, and you get notifications when they arrive. Leasing office is responsive and helpful. Close proximity to Foggy Bottom metro (Blue/Orange/Silver) as well as Trader Joe's and Whole Foods meant we never needed to drive.Walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont Circle, Lincoln Memorial, and downtown.
I love this building, I been living here only one month and it has been amazing and convenient!!! Everything is walking distance, all the essentials are close by, there is a grocery store, metro, shopping street and the Washington DC monuments are within walking distance. The rooftop in the building is spectacular, there’s a gym, laundry room and evening a market in case you need some little essentials but the THE BEST PART OF IT ALL , and I really cannot express my DEEPEST GRATITUDE is the amazing BUILDING STAFF!! Adrijanna the property manager is superb and what she does, she is the most caring person ever, she really makes you feel like your home no matter where your from. I really want to thank her for everything she had done. To Dorothy, Wayaca, Kia and Staci the concierge ladies that ensure we are safe, ensure that if we need anything or any updates in the building are communicated to us, THANK YOU LADIES FOR ALL THAT YOU DO and for all the amazing conversations and finally I cannot forget the maintenance staff James and Felipe who always ensure our units and building are up to date day and night. I’m so grateful to to reside in a building where it really feels like HOME!!!!!
