  I have lived in two properties managed by the W. C Smith Team, and both had their secret weapon, Ms. Daisy. I can't say enough about her attention to detail and listening to your concerns and finding ways in which to solve. And solving the problem usually involved other from the Team. They have been courteous when asking questions and responding to the needs of the tenant. Thank you for your service!

  55 years at the Sheridan Apartments. 45 years with the present management company. Excellent Service Very good place to live. Convient to transportation and shopping.

  I don't live at this building but have passed building for over twenty years. From the exterior it is beautifully maintained. The yard and lobby appears to be immulate. This building has always stood out as the best kept apartment building on the block.
