  We lived at Maren for over six years, so I can confidently say it is truly a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are beautiful and the incredible river views never get old. All of the staff is terrific. Ben and Mikaela on the leasing team have always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team is great and make an effort to get to know you. Erv the security guard is the best. Having such a friendly and attentive security presence made the building feel safe and well cared for. The amenities are great, maintenance is always quick, and the building is consistently clean and well maintained. You also can’t beat the location right on the waterfront in Navy Yard with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and everything the neighborhood has to offer. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment with an amazing team and a great community, I highly recommend Maren.

  Had a 1pm tour scheduled for today, and showed up to construction in the lobby. Seems like no one works here because i couldn't find anyone on the ground floor and called their number numerous times with no answer. I couldn't even leave a message because the voice mailbox was full.

  We love comedy nights and trivia by 4 corners entertainment! Always a good time. Everybody has a great time, with they did it more often! Looking forward to more community events!

  Just moved into Maren and have found the staff amazing to deal with. First the leasing office John was so helpful getting our lease finalized. Love our PH apartment. Want to highlight Nadia at the Concierge desk. She is the best. Went the third mile to help me with a situation while out of town and totally facilitated it happening. I made a call and her comment was “I got you, will make sure it is taken care of. And she did. Way above and beyond. Love it here.

  This building has some of the best views of the SE S W area and anacostia park with all of the amineties you would want in your community. The young man that helped me I wish I could recall his name he reminded me of my oldest son. He was kind knowledgeable, attentive he listened to me. I had a breakdown moment and give kind words and understanding. The young lady at the front desk concierge was nice she had good conversation skills, was courteous to everyone that came in the building. If you were to live her I think you would be in good hands.
