  Mikaela made my move into Maren Apartments completely stress-free. From the first tour to move-in day, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful—answering every question and making sure everything was ready when I arrived. The apartment itself is bright and modern, and the whole community has a polished, welcoming feel. Thanks to Mikaela, settling in was a breeze. Highly recommend touring with her and this place!

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The property is well-maintained, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to call home. I especially want to recognize Irving, the security guard. He truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel safe, and respected. He’s professional, attentive, friendly, and always seems to be looking out us. It’s clear that he takes pride in his job. That old school work ethic is hard to come by! Having someone like Irving on the property makes a huge difference. He is definitely an asset to our community, and I hope management knows how valuable he is. Overall, I’m happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it.

  Looking to move to this residence. Had an amazing tour and gained a lot of insight on the property. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. John and Mikaela on the leasing team were very helpful throughout this process, by being responsive, and genuinely supportive as I navigated my decisions. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The space was very clean as if they take great care of the property on a daily. The building is pet friendly which is a plus with great amenities. Having such a friendly and attentive security presence made the building feel safe as well. Looking to move in a secure location. Hope to become a resident before year ends. Enjoy every bit of my tour. Thank you all again.

  I absolutely love living at Maren Apartments in DC! The building is beautiful, luxurious, and truly feels like home. I want to give a huge shoutout to John, Ian, and Erv for their outstanding service. John consistently goes above and beyond for all of the residents. He is always willing to help and makes you feel genuinely valued as a resident. Ian’s customer service is excellent he is friendly, professional, and always makes sure residents are taken care of. Erv, the Security Manager, is always friendly, greets everyone with a smile, and is so pleasant to interact with. His presence makes you feel safe and comfortable, which is so important when you’re living in a community. Overall, I truly love calling Maren home. The luxury, atmosphere, and amazing staff make such a difference. John, Ian, and Erv are definitely a huge part of what makes this place special. Shoutout to all of you for everything you do! ❤️🏡

  Ms. Gray, I want to take a moment to give you your flowers. 💐 When my family and I came to check out Maren, you were one of the first people we met, and you absolutely left an impression on us. You were so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. You clearly knew your job, and every question we asked, you answered with such clarity and understanding. You never made us feel rushed or like we were just another potential resident—you genuinely made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I can honestly say that you were definitely one of the reasons my family chose to move into Maren. The way you represented the property spoke volumes about the kind of community we were considering becoming a part of. Thank you, Ms. Gray, for being so amazing at what you do and, most importantly, for being such a wonderful person. Your kindness, patience, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
