  Mines was a study of the facade rather than the enterior. However, I do think that it has a strong facade.

  Our experience in 2401 has been wonderful. Mel and John have been amazing with support and information since we arrived. The staff is al ways helpful and friendly. Micha has been an enthusiastic administrator and her initiatives are great. We appreciate and use the new fitness room, a great addition to the building. Ilana and Rodrigo

  I have had the pleasure of living at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave Apartments for the past 16 years, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience. The building is absolutely lovely, with a professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. The apartments are beautiful, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable living space that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy life. The location is unbeatable and provides easy access to everything the city has to offer. I highly recommend 2401 Pennsylvania Ave Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Washington, D.C. It's a wonderful community that truly feels like home.

  Wonderful living experience, so I highly recommend 2401 Penn Ave as a residence. The apartments are of the highest quality, spacious and well maintained. Management and staff form a highly professional team.The location is excellent, with restaurants, Metro, Georgetown and shopping nearby. Overall my personal rating is 5 * given the quality of lifestyle attained, given first class accommodation, and the high standards maintained by management and staff.
