  Greystar building built by till brothers. Very luxurious feeling as you walk into the lobby. Feels art deco 1930s vibe. Front desk was busy, leasing came out to help.

  Jasmine (the event coordinator/ manager/ wonder woman) was the initial reason I rented this place but since living here for a few months, here are my thoughts. The vibe of the building, 10/10. The neighborhood is walkable and I feel safe. I commute about 30 minutes to work and am surprisingly unbothered on stadium days with the amount of traffic we see. Seems like a lot of people take the metro in. Great restaurants to walk to, Harris Teeter grocery is also a 15 minute walk away. I have a large dog and being near the river trail is very nice. I do wish there was a dog park connected to the building like some other complexes. Gym is nice, rooftop space is nice, things are fixed promptly. If you're moving from a distance away as I did I can highly recommend this building for all of the logistical reasons discussed above but mostly for the staff that make it feel like a home.   Jasmine does an exceptional job, from leasing to planning events throughout the building that give tenants opportunities to socialize and get to know one another. My time here at Vermeer has been truly enjoyable. I love living here and really appreciate the welcoming community Jasmine has helped create. Ju’rod does an exceptional job as well. He goes above and beyond in his role to ensure that residents feel safe and comfortable in their environment. He is also excellent throughout the leasing process, making sure that prospective and current residents are informed and clear on every step along the way. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the residents truly stand out.

  Vermeer has a great team that really makes the community stand out. Jasmine always goes above and beyond for residents and does a great job creating a welcoming atmosphere through the resident events. Ju'Rod is very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. He takes the time to help you find right place, and is like a Swiss Army knife around here. Lawson was also incredibly welcoming and great to work with when I moved in. The maintenance is really quick as well, usually done same-day, and Maria, the concierge is wonderful. I've never seen her not smiling. 10/10!
