- GCGeorge CopelandApr 5, 20211.0Packages get stolen and they do not care. definitely keep track of your paperwork with these people. Front office staff and corporate are incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. sleezy and untrustworthy.

Ceiling leak from apartment above my bedroom 2. 10ft piece of metal swinging from the roofs exterior 3. My water turning off with no warning I have never heard back about any of these even after several calls. The piece of metal is still dangling and there is a massive water spot on my ceiling, thankfully it stopped actively leaking. They have also called me at work insisting that they go into my apartment that day while I was at work but the maintenance person would leave by the time I got home at 5pm, so clearly not much of an emergency.. (I have a dog so I had to repeatedly say no). The location is nice, the apartments are relatively modern, but be prepared for things to go wrong and you're on your own. ALSO, the floor layout "renderings" online depict a W/D and deck in the unit which I didn't find out was not in my unit until I moved in. I threw a fit and was able to get a slight rent reduction which I appreciate, but overall slimey business.

They don’t pick up the phone, don’t reply, don’t address problems. It is the second time there seems to be a “fuse explosion” in the apartment, because they don’t have a box that just shuts off the energy, it actually explodes. I have called maintenance emergency (on a Saturday 2pm) but it is a voicemail and no callback. If there was a fire or the building exploded, I think they would still not call back. Impressive poor service and lack or care. And the apartments are so dirty, the common parts of the building are NEVER cleaned.
