I was one of the first residents, and I couldn’t have had a better experience so far. The amenities and staff are over the top! Thank you!
Great staff and amenities. Property staff is professional and consistently updates residents on happenings in the building. Though I have only been living here around 2 weeks, I am very pleased with the building so far!

Had an amazing experience touring one West Hartford. The staff was super kind, and I was really impressed by all the amenities, especially the golf simulator for my golf-loving husband and the hammocks which was just a fun addition. all around great building.

Recently visited One West Hartford, and I can’t say nothing but amazing things about the property.
It was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone including the property manager was super friendly, professional and took time to answer all my questions.
The property had so much to offer from the cinema room to the fitness center and they even have a doggy spa!!!! Who could’ve thought of that.
Just tens all around to the entire property and all it has to offer:)

WEST HARTFORD ONE, 950 TROUT BROOK DRIVE, WEST HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT
I recently visited West Hartford One at 950 Trout Brook Drive, and I feel it is important to share my experience for those considering the property.
Previously, I had worked with Rachel, who was excellent, but I was informed she is no longer with the team. I had a scheduled appointment to pick up an application and meet with Sam, the acting property manager.
Unfortunately, the experience was unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I was not greeted properly, and rather than being shown to a designated area, I was asked to sit in Sam’s office, then moved to a bench by the door, and finally directed to wait in the club area. This lack of clear direction and basic common sense was, in my view, a significant red flag regarding the property's leadership and management standards. Coming from Darien, I am accustomed to a higher level of professional courtesy and organizational competence.
Furthermore, I found the property to be both overrated and overpriced. For example, parking in the lower level is an additional $250 per month. While West Hartford is a beautiful area, the pricing structure here feels predatory given the local market.
Everyone will have their own unique experience, but I encourage those who tour the property to look closely and form their own judgments.
Best!
