  The quality of the enclave apartment doest match the price. there were cracks, poorly patched cabinets, the bathtub was painted over for some reason, and maybe half the dryers work. however, the main issue was the pest management, there are massive rats by the dumpster, the building has a big roach problem that started about a year ago and has never really been fixed properly. I also had issues with bed bugs which management fought me on treating until I got picture proof.

  The management team lacks accountability for their incompetence and neglects tenant concerns. Despite initial impressions of valuing tenants, once signed on, tenants become invisible to management. The office at 158 Newington Rd is often unstaffed, and attempts to seek assistance can lead to claims of aggression. Tenants frequently experience months without hot water without notice or explanation. Additional charges for renters insurance and pet rent further burden tenants. With main management based in New Jersey, communication is challenging, and promised email notifications about repairs or disruptions rarely materialize. The focus appears to be solely on rent payment, neglecting tenant needs and concerns. Annual rent increases are consistent, without breaks. If you can find a better option for living I strongly suggest you run towards that opportunity rather rent from this management. Same management as of the Parc West Apt.

  Response to requests has been better in this past year compared to two years ago. The rent increase does not reflect the quality of flats however (poorly done repairs and renovations - eg, for the second time, some of the floor tiles in my flat have become dislodged, likely due to the uneven layer of cement underneath). Similarly, the washers and dryers are not regularly maintained (some dryers are long due a proper cleaning and therefore no longer work properly).
