  Matt was extremely kind and helpful with getting me into a wonderful rental, after there was a fire at my residence! Despite the complexity of my/my insurance company's-"situation", Matt remained undaunted and we worked diligently, together, to get into a truly wonderful rental!!! Thank You Matt!!!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Pat Lahoud and the entire Sotheby’s team in helping me to prepare, list and sell my late father’s house in New Milford. From preparing a Comparative Market Analysis for probate purposes; to helping arrange a small estate sale; to finding people to clean and prep the house; and even to handling an emergency maintenance issue on extremely short notice, Pat was amazing. Once we had the house ready to list, she arranged multiple showings and within less than 5 business days, had multiple offers on the house from which to choose, in the middle of January, not normally thought of as a busy season for sellers. She was, top to bottom, beginning to end, amazing to work with. If I had more properties to list, she would be my top choice.

  Outstanding, simply outstanding! I could not have had a better realtor than Rich Pomerantz. He is personable and very knowledgeable of the area. His advise on preparing the property was invaluable and led to multiple offers the very day the listing went live. This resulted in a sale substantially over the estimated/listing price. His background in real estate law and professional photography make him unique in the field. He is genuinely a nice guy with a fun personality who I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. The entire process far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic job! 5+ stars easily!

  Simply put, my husband and I would not have successfully purchased our home in Litchfield County if not for working with Michael Caporizzo from William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty. He was flexible when setting up viewings, informed during showings, and resourceful in the follow up, gathering the information we needed to make a decision. His guidance nudged us in the right direction while being sensitive to our comfort zone and resources. As much as we enjoyed working with him during the search, as first time home buyers, we didn’t realize how truly essential the right partnership is for everything that comes after finding the property you want. It’s in this chapter that Michael really shined. Michael’s sharp advice got us to an accepted offer in this highly competitive market. More than that, we’d never have sealed the deal without his efficient coordination of everything from inspections through a time-sensitive closing. Then when the inevitable late-breaking wrinkles surfaced, his partnership and dedication took us across the finish line. Beyond his understanding of the market and making a successful purchase in this unique environment, Michael’s recommendations of area service providers and knowledge about home projects helped us make much better decisions.
