The maintenance is horrible they fix nothing and the basements flood with septic water and they leave it up to you to handle it. You can never reach anybody and the rent shy rockets every year. When you move out they nickle and dime you for everything. Im telling you save yourself a horrible experience man do not move into this place absolutely trash.
