  Terrible experience. I’m really glad I’m leaving the complex, talking about personal experience, there was a leak on my ceiling because of the 4th floor neighbor (I live in the 1st floor) and they never came to fix it. I had to request before leaving because I didn’t want to be charged for something that was not my responsibility. There’s also been gun being dropped in front of my balcony for more than a year now and nothing is being done about it. Besides that, even with a medical note of a doctor that I need a parking space closer to my apartment for medical reasons, they say they can’t do it because all spots are assigned, even though there is always free spots. Talking about not personal problems, the grills are constantly broken, last summer we were able to use one time only and this summer not even started and they are already with a note that they are not working. The movie theater was out for months before they fix it. The fire pit outside looks completely abandoned. They were good at the beginning, I don’t know if administration changed, but they are lacking in care and maintenance for a good time now. Save your money and go to a different apartment complex

  I’m happy that my wife has found an apartment nearby. The apartment itself is beautiful, but the staff is bush league and unprofessional. Moving from out of state to a place like Connecticut, I expected top tier service, but that hasn’t been the case. This experience has unfortunately shaped my first impression of how people in the Nutmeg State treat you.

  We’ve been living at ten Trumbull for the last 1.5 years and have had a great experience! The front office staff is so sweet and caring. There are so many community building events at the complex- there’s something for everyone, with considerable attention to detail throughout. I’ve lived in multiple different apartment buildings and this aspect is significantly above expectations. We ofren use the pool and the game room as well, which is a great ammenity. Thank you tentrumbull!

  We lived at Ten Trumbull for a little over five years, from December 2020 through March 2026, and we loved our time there. We moved into Building 4 on the very first day it was available, and it truly felt like home from the beginning. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and feels like pure luxury. We loved the pool, the gym, the pool table, the movie theater, and especially the dog park. It is also genuinely pet friendly, which meant a lot to us since we have both a cat and a dog. My dog loved going to the dog park, and also loved stopping by the front office for treats from the treat jar. The neighbors were great, and the front office team was always responsive, positive, and friendly. Maressa, the manager, does an excellent job leading the team and always made us feel welcome and taken care of. We recently moved out in March 2026 and will truly miss living there. Ten Trumbull was a wonderful place to call home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment community in Trumbull.
