We submitted an application/contact form over a month ago and recently followed up with a phone call during posted office hours, but unfortunately have not received a response yet. We completely understand that offices can get busy, but communication is really important when you’re trying to plan a move on a time sensitive schedule. While we are still hopeful to hear back, I wanted to share our experience so far for anyone else considering reaching out.
- ACAzul CelesteFeb 25, 20191.0It is amazing how this place looks beautiful but it is terrible as the noise of the neighbors smells ... because of the plagues, and now the cold sneaks through the windows and the electricity through the sky.
- MKM KDec 1, 20181.0the apartments are nice but the rent is very high for the 2 rooms and I imagine that for others too. It has many things that have to be fixed and I know that they will never fix them like the Echo, you can not sleep you hear everything, there is no sunstroke, the drains stink, when you enter the apartment you feel the bad smell. I'm going to go to the city because I do not plan to pay rent if they do not fix these things, they have to lower the rent is very expensive for so many defects that even the paint has lead. You can not live in a place like that. I do not recommend it. Once again I will do my business to take them to the city and fight for my rights and tell them there are things and many more that are wrong. Lower the rent that you know is not worth it.
