  I have visited a lot of properties and have lived many places. Customer service is my line of business. With those two factors in mind, this place wins on both accounts. 5☆.

  I’m extremely disappointed to have to write this updated review. My original review was based entirely on my personal experience and contained nothing inappropriate or untruthful. I stand by everything I originally shared. For context, the very day I moved into the community, a promotion offering two months of free rent was being advertised to new residents. Despite moving in on the exact same day, I was never informed of or offered that promotion. Instead, I was offered $1,500, with no mention of the two months of free rent that was being offered to other residents signing leases that same day. When I raised my concerns, I was disappointed by the response and the lack of a meaningful effort to address the situation fairly. What concerns me even more is that my original review has since been removed, despite being an honest account of my experience. Additionally, many of the positive reviews on this page appear to come from management or individuals affiliated with the property, which makes it difficult for prospective residents to get a balanced picture. I genuinely liked living here and enjoyed the community enough to refer someone else to live here. That person was offered the same promotion that I was never given, which only added to my disappointment. Unfortunately, the way management handled my concerns, followed by the removal of my review, has significantly changed my perception of the company. Residents should be able to share honest, respectful feedback about their experiences, even when that feedback is unfavorable. I believe prospective residents deserve transparency and a fair representation of both the positive and negative experiences of those who live here. I will continue to stand by my original review and the concerns I raised.

  Even though I haven't moved in yet, my experience with The Village in Stratford has been Fabulous. From the very beginning, Tracy has been amazing to work with. She has been incredibly friendly, patient, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything I am looking for in a new home. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been positive, and it's clear they genuinely care about their residents. I'm so excited to move in and become part of the community. Based on my experience so far, I feel confident that I made the right choice. A huge thank you to Tracy for making this such a great experience!

  I can't say enough great things about this community! The grounds are always well kept, the amenities are beautiful, and it truly feels like a place you can call home. One of the biggest reasons for my positive experience has been the Management Team. They are incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply greeting everyone with a smile, they consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

  The Village is a great community with finishes you would expect in a home. The amenities are well thought out and the ambiance when you walk through the door makes you feel like this is where I belong. Management is caring and attentive to your needs 24/7. I highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for the next home.
