  Even though I haven't moved in yet, my experience with The Village in Stratford has been Fabulous. From the very beginning, Tracy has been amazing to work with. She has been incredibly friendly, patient, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything I am looking for in a new home. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been positive, and it's clear they genuinely care about their residents. I'm so excited to move in and become part of the community. Based on my experience so far, I feel confident that I made the right choice. A huge thank you to Tracy for making this such a great experience!

  I can't say enough great things about this community! The grounds are always well kept, the amenities are beautiful, and it truly feels like a place you can call home. One of the biggest reasons for my positive experience has been the Management Team. They are incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply greeting everyone with a smile, they consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

  The Village is a great community with finishes you would expect in a home. The amenities are well thought out and the ambiance when you walk through the door makes you feel like this is where I belong. Management is caring and attentive to your needs 24/7. I highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for the next home.

  Poor communication. A tree fell from this property onto our neighboring property, and the management/leasing office has been non responsive to our calls and texts regarding the incident. Super unprofessional.
