  I had a wretched experience living here like so many others have detailed. During my time at Sofi Parc Grove, I lived in 2 separate units. The experience grew progressively worse as the year elapsed. First, the garage doors and gates never worked. Led to quite a few break ins. Including me witness someone attempting to get into my car in front of me. Second, maintenance did not have a direct number to contact for emergencies. So when there was a leak in a vacant unit above spilling down to my apartment, I had to call the fire department to address the issue as there was a sparking wire. Management never addressed neither issue when I contacted them. Just simply ignores it. No urgency, no direct line for maintenance when there were actual issues. Third, the elevators never worked. This would usually not be an issue for myself. But towards the end of my lease I had to undergo a knee surgery: Given the lack of reliability with the elevators, I decided to move out. The inability to make the location accessible with functional elevators implicated possible violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. To end, after my lease expired and I had surrendered my keys, they attempted to collect on additional months rent, despite me not living there anymore and giving sufficient cause due to the elevators functionality. The property management team there is completely incompetent. Rather than care about maintaining relationships with existing tenants, they want to Present a facade to prospective renters that this is a good place to live. I hope that anyone considering renting there reads this and is deterred because this place is a giant facade in downtown Stamford. I’m sure there are nicer places to live that actually will take action so their tenants do not have to fend for themselves. Edit: Forgot to mention, they would have alarms go off for hours at a time in the middle of the night. Forced people to stay out in the courtyard and caused distress to numerous dogs living in the complex.

  Since moving into Building 2 on the 4th floor in February 2026, I have had an absolutely wonderful experience living here. From day one, the management team has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, supported, and truly at home. Sofia, Michelle, and the newest member of the team, Danielle, have all been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They genuinely care about their tenants and always take the time to listen and address any questions or concerns. It honestly feels like being surrounded by people who treat you more like family than just another resident. I’ve submitted two maintenance requests since moving in, and both were handled efficiently and in a timely manner. It’s reassuring to know that the staff is responsive and committed to keeping the property well-maintained. Another thing I truly appreciate is the sense of community here. The neighbors and fellow tenants are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Now that summer is approaching, I’m especially looking forward to relaxing days by the pool and continuing to enjoy everything this community has to offer. I’m so happy to call this place home and look forward to many more wonderful experiences here.
