  Prospective tenants should be aware of the current conditions at this building. The photos provided reflect ongoing issues that I experienced during my tenancy. The building has only three elevators serving all residents, and it is not uncommon for one or more elevators to be marked “Out of Service,” causing significant delays and inconvenience when entering or exiting the property. The photos also show large accumulations of garbage in areas adjacent to resident parking. In my experience, building cleanliness and maintenance standards were inconsistent. Additionally, my personal vehicles sustained damage on multiple occasions while parked at the property. Management was notified each time, but the only guidance provided was to contact my own insurance carrier. I did not feel that meaningful efforts were made to address the underlying issues or prevent future incidents. I encourage anyone considering this property to carefully evaluate the building’s maintenance, cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall management before signing a lease.

  Cannot warn potential residents enough to think twice before renting at this building. After the charade of the tour and move in is over, management is typically unresponsive to any simple requests. Not to mention the elevators you keep reading about in the comments…yes it’s true…it’s always down.

  The repair of the dishwasher was outstanding the tech came to the apartment quickly diagnosed the issue changed out the pump and was out the door in less then thirty minutes The only issue was it took over a week to get somebody and I was never contacted.
