  Just moved in and so far it’s been great. Melissa C. at BLT was great to work with, very helpful, and able to answer all my questions throughout the leasing process. Lauren has also been extremely helpful and great to work with as well. Good management makes a huge difference in experience.

  Lauren, the building manager has been especially helpful and kind to work with. She is always professional yet makes one feel like part of a community rather than just a tenant in a large corporation. She is a big part of why I stayed in this building after my lease was up. Anita and Asa and Joel are always professionally responsive and supportive as well. Many thanks for such a positive experience.

  Highly recommend especially with Nora as your guide. She was incredible, friendly, understanding, and worked with us every day to find the place that fit us. Would definitely recommend having her lead your experience

  Moving can be extremely complicated and stressful especially moving from Philly to Stamford like my fiance and I are currently doing. What made this process so much more manageable and easy was the incredible help of Nora at BLT. We were up in Stamford this past weekend and she gave us tours on both days of the weekend (one day wasn’t even scheduled!) she also was extremely responsive by phone and email. I think we found our dream home for our next chapter at the NV in Harbor Point and we are so grateful to have had Nora’s help along the way!
