  We had a very positive experience leasing at Anthem Harbor Point. Melissa Chamberlain was an absolute pleasure to work with! She walked us through several buildings and apartments, clearly explained the features of each and helped us narrow our search with ease. The entire process went smoothly and Melissa's communication and follow through were largely responsible for that result!

  We've lived here for 4 years in 3 different units as we've expanded our family and it has been nothing short of amazing. The building is beautiful, it's well maintained and the staff is always accommodating and helpful. Couldn't say enough nice things about this place!

  awful. construction sounds shake the walls from 5am to 5pm. something is always dead in the vents. they'll tow your car without warning and charge you $200, even though you pay for the parking space. the air in the vents smell so bad. there's always cigarette smoke on the balcony. they charge if you don't pick jp your mail immediately. i can go on. update: if i could explain how bad they are with doordash deliveries, it would take me pages. i have contavted them about all these issues and they have provoded no solutions.
