  My wife and I have been resident at 750 Summer Street for the past 3 years. During this timeframe , we experienced a lot of change from ownership group , management, and maintenance. I can honestly say that the past two years the management group (Chris Douglass previous manager ) and the (current manager Adam Randall) are customer/tenant focus. Each experience has been positive so far. Any question or concern is addressed immediately. Also, our Maintenance Manager, Miguel, is the best . Never says no. ALWAYS will to help and go above and beyond . Even on his off hours , he will address whatever issues we’re experiencing. I can’t say enough about the staff extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient . Lastly, I appreciate the ownership group reinvesting in the property.   The choice to move into this building was a good one. The amenities, and the staff are outstanding. To name two individuals that have been incredible with their help and efforts are Adam and Miguel. Adam has been so genuine and honest, he knows everything about the building and is always happy to help, and Miguel has been so helpful and generous. I recommend this building not only for the space but for the kind staff!

  I have lived here going on 5 years. The location is fantastic- close to all bars, restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. New management renovated the lobby, put new carpets in the hallways and painted the hallways. They also have resident events which is nice to get to know your neighbors. Miguel, the maintenance manager is great and the new manager Adam is very welcoming and always greets you with a smile!

  Such a great building!! Miguel is fantastic and takes care of all of the buildings needs. Very attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. Hands down the best Building engineer ever!!!! Great location. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

  Absolutely prime location in downtown Stamford all restaurants in walking distance as well as movie theater, Library, And Target. Train station a few minutes away and great Property Management!
