  Hi All, One of the best property management folks that I have worked with. Adam is courteous, friendly and very professional in his approach. The property is very well maintained and I had absolutely no issues with whatsoever. I would highly recommend and give a thumbs up to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Stamford

  I chose 66 Summer Street as my home and here’s why: 1. Location: as an ex real estate agent location will always be my first choice. Walkable access to United Nations of restaurants, Ferguson Library, doctor’s offices, and Mill River Park. 2. Property Management’s open door policy is led by the indefatigable and thoughtful, always cheerfully available Adam Randall. 3. Maintenance is prompt and respectful per Randy Carpio. 4. Reliable Concierge snow or rain. 5. Building is well built and quiet, kept clean, warm and dry thanks to Cesare.I It will be my 3rd year here where it feels more like a community than an apartment complex.
