  The move in experience was quick and easy. The staff was able to give us a tour the same day we requested one, shoutout to Jonathan. Once moved in, any maintenance requests have been fulfilled quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

  We've been living here at 163 Franklin Street Apartments for a year and a half now, and couldn't be happier. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The apartment is well situated in a quiet area just 2 blocks from the hustle and bustle of downtown Stamford, and is intimate enough to foster a sense of community with neighbors. In fact, we have made good friends with several of our neighbors. Overall this is one of the best places to live in Stamford - a hidden gem.

  As many can agree, moving can come with a ton of stress and anxiety. I couldn’t be more pleased with how hassle free my move in was. From the very beginning, Tania and Sydney were incredibly informative. I had a ton of questions and there patience was greatly appreciated! Couldn’t be more happy with my decision!

  I have lived in this building for a little while now and I am very very pleased with living here. The building is quiet and clean and there is not a lot of traffic. The residents I find are friendly and respectful of others (if you even see anyone) which is huge . I can tell that the Management here genuinely strives to make the difference. They are all warm, professional, and very attentive to issues. You can tell they care. The initial tour of the building with the manager was awesome and just felt very comfortable, so if you are looking in Stamford this is a great place to live!
