Our 15 months at Riverwalk Apartments has been great, having made new friends here and enjoying all that downtown Shelton has to offer. Many thanks to Stephen and all of the team for the care you’ve shown for us and the facilities, it is greatly appreciated, and we will miss all of you 🙏🏼 John and Leeann Mead

Love my apartment. Well maintained building. Would be 5 stars but the biggest problem with living here is parking. Your guests have to park soooo far down the street to whatever is available. It is truly ridiculous. Your guests are threatened to be towed away. And there is another apartment building being built just down the road as i type this. I imagine this will fill up ever more parking spots. Definitely dont move here if you enjoy hosting friends and family regularly. Major inconvenience!!

Merion Riverwalk is a wonderful place to reside. My experience so far has been incredibly positive from the cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the buildings, to overall upkeep, including landscaping to snow removal. The management has an office on site and they are extremely attentive and responsive to everything, like repairs and general maintenance. I have been overly impressed with their attention to detail. The gym and pool are both kept in excellent condition as well. The apartments are modern, clean and comfortable, with Nest thermostats, washer/dryers and updated appliances. They have an online resident portal that deals with everything from paying rent to requesting/scheduling repairs, very convenient. A great place to live!!

I have had the pleasurer of serving our country for 22 years. In that time I have moved countless times. Most where no fun and a battle the whole way. This move to Riverwalk was a seamless process the team here from the leasing office staff to the maintenance staff have been nothing less than a pleasure to work with an 100% professional. I would recommend this residence without hesitation.
