  My daughter and I are very pleased with the Staff and their management Always helpful with any questions or requests Maintenance is always available also I would recommend these apartments to any age group

  Love my apartment. Well maintained building. Would be 5 stars but the biggest problem with living here is parking. Your guests have to park soooo far down the street to whatever is available. It is truly ridiculous. Your guests are threatened to be towed away. And there is another apartment building being built just down the road as i type this. I imagine this will fill up ever more parking spots. Definitely dont move here if you enjoy hosting friends and family regularly. Major inconvenience!!

  Avalon Shelton is a great community that has some of the best building staff around! When my fiance and I started to look for an apartment we visited multiple properties, but no one was accommodating as Jim, Avalon Shelton's Building Supervisor. Jim is the perfect example of how building supervisors should be, he is flexible and understanding of your needs and does everything in his power to keep his residents happy. Jim is truly one of the biggest reasons that I have continued to rent my apartment for the past 3 years. The maintenance staff at the building is also incredible and super quick to respond! The only negative thing I have to say about this complex is that parking for visitors is limited, but we could all use a bit more walking in our lives so it really isn't a deal breaker:)

  Everything is as it appears, the only small complaint that I have is lack of visitor parking, which more parking is becoming available close to the community in the coming months. EDIT: I originally made this post shortly after moving, and being 8 months in and preparing to move to a larger unit within the community, I can say that I am more than satisfied with this community. The Leasing Office and maintenance are always extremely attentive and have been able to help me with any request that I've sent their way. It's also appreciated to see that Avalon cares to keep their units up to date and installed Nest thermostats in all of their units. More than happy living in this community and have no intention of moving out of here any time soon. EDIT2: Just moved into a larger unit about a month ago and couldn't be happier. Decided that the we needed more room and the leasing office was happy to work with me in terms of closing out the old lease prior to the end and moving into the new apartment. Here's your 5-stars Jim!
