  I moved to Connecticut and became a resident of Stepney Place in 2022 after relocating from another state and knowing no one in the area. Jodi managed my application and guided me through every step of the process with exceptional professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Without Jodi’s support, I would not have become a resident of Stepney Place, nor would I have the opportunity to share this feedback today. From the very beginning, the welcoming atmosphere, high-quality amenities, and convenient access to nearby shopping and services made Stepney Place feel like home. Throughout my residency, the office staff and maintenance team consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness. When the time came for me to leave Rocky Hill and move out of Stepney Place, Kevin and Daniela made the transition as seamless as possible.Both are super helpful, friendly and provided thoughtful options, clear guidance, and support throughout the entire move-out process.  THANK you Luis, a member of the maintenance team, is outstanding. He is hardworking and always carry a smiling face no matter what !

  During my time at Stepny Place I have Jodi Mrykalo to be extremely responsive, to go above and beyond. Jodi has done wellness checks, aids in leasing issues and safety inspections. If I had to describe Jodi, she is there for whatever you need and is always available for all questions, tasks and completes what she starts. Having her here has been a breathe of fresh air for me and my family as well as a blessing for your team.

  Decent place to stay in Rocky Hill, everything is close by. Management is very good. They will listen to you and they act very promptly on the maintenance request.

  Very nice apartments and supportive leasing staff. Rent is average of the town and all the amenities are easily accessible. Good friendly environment for families and safe too . Never faced any issues here and very much accessible to stores like Walmart, Kohl's and Indian grocery store. The only thing missing is kids play area but couple of parks are on mile away
