I moved to Connecticut and became a resident of Stepney Place in 2022 after relocating from another state and knowing no one in the area. Jodi managed my application and guided me through every step of the process with exceptional professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Without Jodi’s support, I would not have become a resident of Stepney Place, nor would I have the opportunity to share this feedback today. From the very beginning, the welcoming atmosphere, high-quality amenities, and convenient access to nearby shopping and services made Stepney Place feel like home. Throughout my residency, the office staff and maintenance team consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness. When the time came for me to leave Rocky Hill and move out of Stepney Place, Kevin and Daniela made the transition as seamless as possible. Both are super helpful, friendly and provided thoughtful options, clear guidance, and support throughout the entire move-out process.  THANK you Luis, a member of the maintenance team, is outstanding. He is hardworking and always carry a smiling face no matter what !

I am HOME at Stepny place and lived there happily for three years. I left to move to Florida and decided to come back and they accepted me back with open arms! I moved into Greenfield Village and even though I recently moved out after a year at Greenfield Village I was home there too because the office management staff, as well as the maintenance personnel at Stepny place (especially Luis) were always accommodating and treated me like family!!! Luis is the best maintenance man and his work is perfection! Jodi might be hard to some people but she has always been great with me! The last encounter I had with the top office staff was emotionally uplifting because once again they helped me without batting an eye or hesitation! So, therefore the people at Konover Residential have been like family to me!!! Every building where people move in and out constantly will have problems with pests etc, but Stepny place (Konover) do not play and they will take care of the problem ASAP! I love all of you and thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all the support when it was needed! All that being said, the personnel at Konover are my family, and I will appreciate them forever…❣️

Wish I could give zero stars. Good luck to anybody who wants to live at this place. Management are the worst ppl ever!! The tenant turn over rate is insane! Stay far away from this place and these ppl!!

Very nice apartments and supportive leasing staff. Rent is average of the town and all the amenities are easily accessible. Good friendly environment for families and safe too . Never faced any issues here and very much accessible to stores like Walmart, Kohl's and Indian grocery store. The only thing missing is kids play area but couple of parks are on mile away
