We absolutely love living at The Station House! The location is unbeatable, so convenient to the train and within walking distance of downtown with tons of great restaurants, shops, and amenities. We love the neighborhood and everything the area has to offer. The management team is also excellent and have been so helpful to us. Would highly recommend renting here!!

I recently moved into the Stationhouse and have been so impressed with the management - they have been so helpful and responsive to all 'those details' involved with getting settled. The building is in great shape and I was so happy with the condition and the appliances in my apartment. I look forward to making this my home in the upcoming years.
I moved into the Stationhouse a couple months ago and it has been a great experience. The onsite team (Nicole and Pedro) made the process extremely easy and I have not had any issues. The location is perfect (walking distance to the train, shops, restaurants, etc. in Old Greenwich). Although the building is full, it is very quiet and everyone is friendly. Our property is well maintained, adjacent to the park, and is perfect for anyone with an active lifestyle.

The Stationhouse is an incredible place to live! The location in Old Greenwich is completely unmatched—being just steps away from the train station, local shopping, and great dining makes daily life so convenient. You can easily ride the train to Greenwich Ave. to enjoy dinner or into the City!
The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and let in a ton of beautiful natural light. The stunning windows are sound proof and well insulated!!
The management team (Nicole and Pedro) are exceptionally responsive and the neighborhood feels wonderfully welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless, top-tier living experience in CT!
(This review is an edited version of a Redfin review—I added my personal experiences. If an apartment is available, the Stationhouse is an outstanding place to live!! Petite)
We spent only ONE night at The Station House in Old Greenwich, yet we are facing charges equivalent to more than six months’ rent. This has been an extremely disappointing and costly experience.
We rented a three-bedroom apartment sight unseen for approximately $15,500 per month. After driving three hours to move in on our scheduled move-in date, we arrived to find the apartment dirty, covered in drop cloths, and still being worked on. It was not ready for us.
For that price, we expected significantly better quality. In my opinion, the appliances, imitation wood flooring, and finishes felt cheap. Based on what we experienced, I would not consider this apartment worth even half the advertised price.
We felt pressured by Nicole to sign quickly and were told there was a long waiting list. The lease-break costs we are now facing do not match our understanding of what she explained over the phone: a two-month buyout fee plus rent during a 90-day notice period—effectively five months of payments just to exit the lease.
Although we have already moved out, the Zillow listing shows availability in December, after our notice period ends. We still have not been informed that a replacement tenant has been secured. This has added to our frustration, especially after being told there was a long waiting list.
The one positive was Pedro in maintenance, who was lovely and very attentive. My criticism concerns management, the apartment’s condition, and its value for the price.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend renting here. READ THE ENTIRE LEASE AND EVERY ADDENDUM, especially the termination and buyout provisions. Get every promise and explanation in writing, and do not let pressure to sign replace careful review. Renting here sight unseen was a decision I deeply regret.
