  I lived here a couple years back. My next door neighbor had bedbugs and the whole building should have been treated. They only did treatment to their apt and then we started to get bit. I had to call and complain for it to be treated. They should have treated the whole building from the start. If they are this careless with bedbugs it makes you wonder what else are they careless about?

  I am leaving this review solely because of my experience with the property manager, Kimberly Rogers. I entered the leasing office to ask a simple question regarding the pool schedule and was immediately met with hostility. Kimberly falsely accused me of violating pool rules and claimed she had video footage of me allowing multiple people into the pool. When she showed me the footage, it was clear the person in the video was not me, yet she continued to raise her voice, speak over me, and refuse to acknowledge her mistake. Rather than de-escalating the situation after realizing she had misidentified me, she became increasingly aggressive, got up from her desk, entered my personal space, and aggressively gestured while yelling at me. I repeatedly asked her to step back and ultimately felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I contacted the Norwich Police Department from inside the leasing office. Even after police were called, Kimberly continued making inappropriate and retaliatory comments, including telling me, “If you don’t want to live here, leave” and “I will let you out of your lease today.” No resident should have to involve law enforcement simply because they attempted to ask a question and correct a false accusation. Kimberly’s conduct was hostile, intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone entrusted with managing resident relationships.

  My family moved out of Jane Arms Apartment in 1980. 4 demonic spirits there at apartment. Before moved in 1977-1980 moved out. Until 1997 change name is Rose Hill. Extremely worst nightmare

  I live here now. It’s a clean community. I enjoy living here. Price is a bit high but with a lot things included.

  Absolutley atrocious management department. They do not listen to their tenants claims and request. There is a leak from people upstairs that had been going on for 5 months that happens about once a week. Mold and mildew was/is forming. You can see it in the ceiling fan. Asksd for someome to come and inspect the situation and to find out why people upstairs can't keep the water in the tub or sink. They have laughed at, ignored and blatantly dismissed their claims. It got to the point where they got very sick and needed emergency services. It is not a very good place to live and whoever runs their office department is an absolute joke. Health board and news agencies have been contacted.
