The communication wasn’t the best - many times I had to follow up twice or three times to get an answer on questions related to my apartment and they made a mistake in my lease agreement that they will not own up to. It’s ultimately cost me my security deposit so make sure you’re speaking up as soon as possible!

The amenities are great and the building is very quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. The team is also fantastic--particularly Erik who runs the building efficiently but is also super friendly and helpful. I had to move for work, otherwise I would have stayed!
