  Ironworks Sono is an amazing place to live. We have lived here for almost 4 years. Great location on the corner of Washington Street and North Water in South Norwalk, CT near restaurants, the Maritime Aquarium, the Sono Collection shopping mall, movie theater and culture galore, plus three amazing restaurants in the building and water views. Amenities including: ample parking, onsite gym, shared work/hangout/lounge areas, and an awesome rooftop with BBQ grill, tables, lounge chairs, and beautiful flowers and planters for residents to grow vegetables. The true secret sauce that makes Ironworks Sono work so well is their excellent staff. The office team and maintenance crew are friendly, accommodating, hardworking and (get this), they actually seem to care and take pride in serving and maintaining the building to make the residents experience the best it can be. It's by far the best deal in town!

  Ironworks offers one of the best living experiences, especially for those seeking convenience, quality, and overall safety. Its prime location provides easy access to shopping, dining, unique small businesses, a movie theater, libraries, parks, walking trails, marinas, bowling, hair salons, a distinctive aquarium, and the train station — making daily commutes and errands peaceful and seamless. The apartment itself features a modern and thoughtfully designed layout, enhancing comfort, style, and aesthetics unique to this property. Having lived around the world, I can confidently say there’s no place quite like this. The amenities are another highlight, adding significant value to daily living. The management staff — particularly Maria — deserves special recognition for their exceptional responsiveness, care, accommodation, and hospitality. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met promptly and professionally. Overall, Ironworks SoNo stands out as one of the most desirable places to live in the country.

  I cannot recommend Ironworks enough! My husband and I have lived here with our two dogs for three years and are going to miss it. Here are a few reasons why we love living here: - We live on the water side and it's quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. The floor to ceiling windows are to die for! - The building is well built, we've never heard our neighbors. - The roof deck is amazing day or night. - Laura and Maria manage the building and could not be nicer, more responsive, or helpful. - Everyone who works at Ironworks goes above and beyond. - The cleaning staff is constantly working to keep the premises spotless - The location is unbeatable. The best restaurants and bars are literally right outside your front door. - Everyone who lives here is super nice To compare, prior to Ironworks, we lived at the Waypointe in Norwalk for three years. The Ironworks building, management, location, and overall experience is not comparable. Ironworks wins out hands down every time.

  I've been living at Ironworks for the past 3 years and have really loved it! I am about to move into a different apartment in the building. The managment is very responsive, and the building is kept up wonderfully. During this pandemic, the building has also been very proactive making us feel/keeping us safe. I highly recommend Ironworks!
