Extra thanks to Jasmeena for excellent communication as the building experienced issues with the recent massive flooding rains. The response time of the entire team was greatly appreciated.

I toured B&C back in March and it was by FAR the most pleasant touring experience I've ever received. Riley was so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. He patiently walked us through the entire complex and highlighted all the amazing amenities, features, and more. I'm late in writing my review but Riley truly deserves his praise. Sorry for the delay in writing this.
- MAMichael AckermanMar 6, 20265.0We lived at Brim and Crown for 1 year and absolutely loved it. Great community, very dog friendly, and an awesome gym. The location is good as well as it's right next to the East Norwalk train station, a short walk from Seaside Ave and 1st for beautiful sunsets, tons of restaurants close by, and Magic 5 Pizza right downstairs. Riley was always attentive and great to work with as well. If it wasn't for my company moving states we would have stayed longer. We'll miss it at B&C!

The residents are all very friendly, and my dog especially loves all the other dogs here. No complaints at all and can’t wait to continue living here.
