  Honestly the pics will explain everything especially the horrible trash problem. After a year of moving into a “newly renovated apartment” so many things were broken and needed to be replaced including the thermostat and smoke detectors on day one. Since then the bathtub / shower fixture was coming off the wall, appliances had to be replaced, doors fell off the hinges because they were improperly installed. Still no AC upstairs. Kitchen drawer faces fell off after they used one tiny screw on each side. Worst remodel I’ve ever seen. So many maintenance calls to fix so many issues. Then there’s the huge heaping pile of trash from the overfilled dumpster which occurs every week. The regular “trash house” was also so full I had to bring a single bag of trash to my parent’s house. There was no where to throw it out. People speed thru the complex. Pot smoke smell is everywhere. It’s just disgusting and terrible. These things have all been brought to the attention of the former property manager. A single problem would require numerous emails and phone calls. Some issues eventually were resolved and some not. Well now we already have a new property manager. Hopefully they can turn this around because I can’t imagine staying here. They advertise these as “luxury apartments.” This has been a stressful experience to say the least.

  I have been here since 2021. Rent rises every single year, making it hard to afford. Not to mention not a single “upgrade” has been done to my apartment. Maintenance even mentioned how outdated my unit is, but i am paying the same price as everyone with the updated units. Management does not respond to anything. Amenities still aren’t even open (pool) during the hottest weeks. I am pregnant with a baby and have to park at the beginning of complex because there is 0 parking available. Complex WANTS WANTS WANTS money but doesn't want to provide and make it enjoyable to live here.

  When searching for a place to call home, we knew the minute we met Natasha we found our place. From the tour to the application process to move in date , Natasha’s kindness , support and professionalism was second to none. She listens and understands each individual’s needs while providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere to the Community. We had a lot of questions and Natasha took the time to explain each one. The morale of the Community starts with a strong leader and Natasha has made a huge impact on our Family and as a Mom I truly appreciate knowing the Property Manager has everyone in the Community’s best interest at heart.

  My husband and I saw this apartment and fell in love with the 1 bedroom and loft floor plan. I reached out on Sunday 4/19/2020 hoping to get a call or an email the next day ( Also keeping in mind due to COVID-19 it may take a little more time ) I called on Monday and left a message My husband called as well and left a message. No response. On Tuesday 4/21/2020 at 12:50pm I called and a young lady answered the phone, finally some hope and I was very excited to speak with someone. I advised the young lady my husband and I were VERY interested in there 1 bedroom loft and was looking for info. She proceeded to tell me she would send info to my email. I gave her my email address, she asked me to repeat it to make sure she got it correct which I did. It is now 4/23/2020 I still have yet to recieve that email. My husband and I have called numerous times only to recieve no answer and we have left messages and have not received one phone call back. In the last couple of days we have reached out to numerous apartments and EVERY ONE has reached back out to us even in the midst of this Pandemic. This apartment was the one my husband and I loved the most. So it is very disappointing. There is no point in showing you have availability if you're not going to return phone calls or send info. But now that I have read the reviews, my husband and I decided we no longer are interested ESPECIALLY with the treatment we received when just trying to get info. Unacceptable!!!
