Honestly the pics will explain everything especially the horrible trash problem.
After a year of moving into a “newly renovated apartment” so many things were broken and needed to be replaced including the thermostat and smoke detectors on day one.
Since then the bathtub / shower fixture was coming off the wall, appliances had to be replaced, doors fell off the hinges because they were improperly installed. Still no AC upstairs. Kitchen drawer faces fell off after they used one tiny screw on each side. Worst remodel I’ve ever seen.
So many maintenance calls to fix so many issues.
Then there’s the huge heaping pile of trash from the overfilled dumpster which occurs every week. The regular “trash house” was also so full I had to bring a single bag of trash to my parent’s house. There was no where to throw it out.
People speed thru the complex. Pot smoke smell is everywhere.
It’s just disgusting and terrible.
These things have all been brought to the attention of the former property manager. A single problem would require numerous emails and phone calls. Some issues eventually were resolved and some not.
Well now we already have a new property manager.
Hopefully they can turn this around because I can’t imagine staying here.
They advertise these as “luxury apartments.”
This has been a stressful experience to say the least.

I have been here since 2021. Rent rises every single year, making it hard to afford. Not to mention not a single “upgrade” has been done to my apartment. Maintenance even mentioned how outdated my unit is, but i am paying the same price as everyone with the updated units. Management does not respond to anything. Amenities still aren’t even open (pool) during the hottest weeks. I am pregnant with a baby and have to park at the beginning of complex because there is 0 parking available. Complex WANTS WANTS WANTS money but doesn't want to provide and make it enjoyable to live here.

We have been living in these apartments for 7 years now. Of all the property managers that have been working here during our 7 years, Natacha is definitely the most professional and thorough property manager to date! She actually takes the time to listen to her tenants and promptly handles situations according to the needs/severity. I hope as long as we stay in these apartments, Natacha will remain our property manager because she is prompt, professional and most importantly, she LISTENS!

I was disappointed with the general look of the place. Grounds were not groomed. Entrance to the apartment was drab. No elevator. No microwave.

I have no words for how horrible this place is. I had a leak in my bedroom closet that I reported as soon as I saw it (2/21). Gabriel came to look at it but told me he was not able to fix it because the source was the HVAC unit above me. It went over 2 weeks where not only was nothing done but I got absolutely no meaningful communication from Natacha. Eventually the leak got so bad my ceiling split open. I had to move everything out of my walk in closet and find somewhere else to put all my clothes. I would have to e-mail her 3 times to even get one response and then when I did get a response, she had nothing meaningful to say. She never gave me a status or an estimate of when things would be done. Due to the lack of meaningful communication, I ended up getting the town health inspector involved and it wasn’t until then that some progress was made. The worst part is I got more and better communication from the health inspector than I did from Natacha. The only person who was even trying to communicate with me was Gabriel. When I confronted Natacha with this she said that “it was maintenance and she’s in the office”- as if she’s not the property manager, I expect the property manager would know what’s going on.
I understand a leak can happen anywhere and sometimes contractors can not always run on schedule but the horrible part about this is the way the apartment handled it. This was an emergency big enough to involve the health department and I couldn’t get any meaningful communication from the property manager. Communication is the one thing that is within their control and that’s what I can’t excuse. It just sends the message they don’t care what conditions their tenants are living in for over $2k a month. It is just inexcusable and I can’t wait to move. I posted pictures to show how bad my closet was. This leak started on 2/21 and wasn’t resolved until 3/26 after the health inspector got heavily involved and was following up with me regularly.
