  My son lives here, great complex with a wonderful community area, a gym that has most of the essentials! People seem nice, not TX nice but you can’t win them all.

  Location: Great Community Areas: Great Gym: Great Rooms: Sub Par You can tell that they chose to save money on a lot of the materials inside the apartment. Maybe this has to deal with Covid and this company lost hundreds if not millions of dollars of money with tenants not paying their rent but it shows. Went for a showing I broke two things just opening the windows and trying to open a cabinet. LOL. It was funny but I'm not willing to put in a premium price when the material used is subpar. Yeah it looks new and nice but I don't want to be calling the leasing office once a week to get something fixed and always having maintenance crew fixing something. I just want to be in my apartment and relax. FYI I use to work in construction so I know the corners they did to save money and it's just not worth the price. I guaranteed as more reviews come out by true accounts not fake accounts they'll talk about this. The thing is this place is already booked. so it isn't like this review is going to matter but wanted to write this so hopefully management doesn't do this again cause it's only going to be nothing but problems for the leasing manager and staff here.
