- CHConnie HOct 1, 20261.0HOA Property Manager, Sarah Hansen, neglected to make timely deposits of funds. She didn't submit financial reports as required. She was unresponsive to email requests. The PMI customer portal is inaccurate, and more. Her supervisor, Jason Archer never responded to our requests to talk about her performance. PMI lost our customer checks and a client file and refused to sign a letter asking them to return the checks and file if found. I recommend that potential clients read the contract carefully as Sarah Hansen misinformed the BOD of it's actual legal cancellation policy. We were forced to pay 4 months of fees when we couldn't tolerate the poor service anymore. We will not do business with PMI again.
- SGStar GazerSep 20, 20261.0Worst place to rent from they down care about their tenants or properties rented from them twice now and need to warn everyone to never never rent from them! They will tell you to stand outside in the rain for a day till they fix your door tomorrow after you put in requests over a week ago leaking water just don’t care at all about anything but money!
- RGRosie GSep 15, 20261.0I dont know who theyre paying to write these good reviews but these people have been useless. Every time you call the person tells you something completely different and none of them will just send a maintenance person over to fix the issue.
- DRDaniel ReddenAug 31, 20265.0Lisa Barclay at PMI East Lyme has been an exceptional property manager. Through challenging winters and critical repairs, she has consistently responded quickly, communicated clearly, and handled every situation with outstanding professionalism. Her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate timely repairs have given us tremendous peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend Lisa highly enough—she truly goes above and beyond for her clients!
